Rate Information
Offer is applicable to stays of a minimum of 3 nights until 31 October 2013 (with the exception of the month of August). Rates are per night; per base apartment occupancy of 1 person lodged in a One Bedroom Land View apartment; and 4 persons in the Two Bedroom Land View apartments. Rate includes a complimentary arrival basket that includes: water, milk, tea, coffee, eggs, butter, bread, cheese, ham, sugar, juice and marmalade per person. All rates include daily buffet breakfast, taxes and service charge. No credits and/or refunds will be granted irrespective of whether or not the full stay is consumed, or not.

Apartment Extra Bed & Maximum Occupancy
One bedroom apartments (T1): Maximum occupancy of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Two Bedroom apartments (T2): 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children (please refer to extra bed). All One bedroom apartments (T1) are comprised of twin beds, should guests request a double bed; twin beds can be joined. Two bedroom apartments (T2) have twin and/or double beds - bed preferences cannot be guaranteed; and are always subject to Hotels confirmation. Extra beds and cots (free of charge) are available according to apartment maximum occupancy. One bedroom apartments (T1) occupancy is based on 2 persons, extra guests will be lodged on extra beds and/or cots (infants). Two bedroom apartments (T2) occupancy is based on 4 persons, extra guests will be lodged on extra beds and/or cots. Extra beds are always placed in the apartment living room. Baby cots are applicable to infants up to the age of 2; as of this age the use of an extra bed is required.

Food & Beverage
Any discounts attributed locally at the Hotel on food & beverage consumptions are directly deducted from normal rates; unless specified and in these cases will be deduced from the guest's bill during the act of check-out. An online half board meal plan (daily dinner) is available to book at a special rate; this rate is only valid for online pre-bookings and will no longer be valid once guest has checked-in. Children up to the age of 12 associated to these reservations benefit from a 50% discount, on the same meal plan as adults. Beverages are not included in the half board meal plan, or any other menu that may be published; unless specified. No food or beverages brought into the Hotel (external purchases) may be consumed in our Restaurant premises, without the express written consent of the Hotel Management and for which a charge will be made by the Hotel.

Children
Please note that children over the age of 12 are charged at the full adult rate. Please include children over the age of 12, in the number that you enter in the No. of Adults box. Children under the age of 12 benefit from the Free accommodation policy, when sharing the same apartment as adults. Children aged 12 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult in all public areas to ensure that the children's behaviour is appropriate for other guests within the Hotel.

Payments
Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit or debit card or by payment of a deposit. Reservations made during the period of 01 June to 30 September, are charged 20% of the total booking, as a form of guarantee to the credit card number supplied during the time of booking. For guests reserving online and not providing payment details, the Hotel reserves the right to consider the booking - Not Confirmed - and may release the apartment for sale. At the discretion of the Hotel, full pre-payment may be requested by the Hotel, and in these cases, written notice shall be given to the guest by the Reservations Department. At least 3 working days are required to process credit and debit card payments.
Settlement of the bill in full, less any advance payments must be made prior to departure from the Hotel. Upon arrival the Hotel reserves the right to request preauthorization of the guest's credit or debit card, or where payment is to be by cash, request the guest to place cash up to the total amount of the apartment booking. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Credit facilities are not offered to private individuals. All sums are due for payment on presentation of the invoice.

Cancellations, Amendments, Non-arrival and Early Departures
Cancellations and amendments for bookings made online can be made via the website at www.formosapark-Hotel.com or, via telephone with the Reservations Department on +351 289 357 225 (weekdays, from 09 am to 06 pm - local time). When the booking is confirmed, a reservation number will be supplied. This must be retained for access to the booking in the event of the need for cancellation and/or amendment. In the event of a cancellation, the 20% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable and the agreed rate of the first night's stay will be charged. In the event of non-arrival and/or early departure, any deposit paid is non-refundable and the agreed rate of the total stay will be charged. Normal terms of payment apply to all cancellation charges. For this purpose the Hotel reserves the right to off-set the amount payable for such cancellation against the guest's credit card, without prior notice or approval of the guest, where applicable. However, written notice of this charge will be sent to the guest. A cancellation number will be provided at the time of cancellation and this should be retained for future reference.

Arrival and Departure Policy
Check-in time is guaranteed as of 3 pm (unless previously guaranteed by Hotel); check-outs should be done by 12 pm (noon). Apartments are held until 3 (three) hours after the Hotel check-in time of the day of arrival. For guests checking-out later than 3 pm, the Hotel reserves the right to charge an additional night, quoted according to the Best Available Rate at the time of check-out.

Exchange rates shown on website are merely for guidance and may suffer alterations and fluctuations from the time of consultation, time of booking, to the time of arrival.
