RATE INFORMATION
A minimum of 3 nights is necessary to benefit from this offer.
Rates are per night, per base apartment occupancy (2 person
occupancy for the one bedroom apartments (T1) and 4 person
occupancy for the Two bedroom apartments (T2) (please refer to
extra bed policy for additional occupancy). Taxes and service
charge are included in all rates.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Rates include daily buffet breakfast served at the Arcos
Restaurant, per person, is included in apartment rate. Any
discounts attributed on food & beverage consumptions are
deduced from guests bill during the act of check-out and are not
cumulative with any other food & beverages offers that may be
in course locally at the hotel. Adults may pre-book the half board
meal plan (daily dinner) at a special rate; this rate is only valid
for online pre-bookings and will no longer be valid once guest has
checked-in. Adults that have booked half board basis and are
accompanied with children (up to the age of 12 years), the latter
are entitled to the same meal plan for free. However, only up to a
maximum of 2 children may benefit from this free meal plan; should
guests travel with more than 3 children a 50% discount is
applicable on the children's food & beverage consumption.
Beverages are not included in the half board meal plan, or any
other menu that may be published; unless this is specifically
specified. Long stay promotion (bookings for stays of more than 13
nights) entitles guests to a 10% discount on their food &
beverage consumption bill, discount will not be cumulative with any
offer made locally at the Hotel and will be validated during time
of check-out
CHILD POLICY
Please note that children of the age 12 and older are charged at
the adult rate. Please include them in the number that you enter in
the No. of Adults box.
BED & EXTRA BED POLICY
All One bedroom apartments (T1) are comprised of twin beds, should
guests request a double bed; twin beds can be joined. Two bedroom
apartments (T2) have twin and/or double beds - bed preferences
cannot be guaranteed; and are always subject to Hotels
confirmation.
Extra beds (at an additional fee) and cots (free of charge) are
available according to apartment maximum occupancy.
One bedroom apartments (T1) occupancy is based on 2 persons, extra
guests will be lodged on extra beds and/or cots (infants). Two
bedroom apartments (T2) occupancy is based on 4 persons, extra
guests will be lodged on extrabeds and/or cots. Extra beds are
always placed in the apartment living room. Baby cots are
applicable to infants up to the age of 2; as of this age the use of
an extra bed is required.
GENERAL POLICY
Check-in time is guaranteed as of 15:00 hours (unless previously
guaranteed by Hotel), check-outs should be done until 12:00 hours
(noon).Rooms are held until 3 (three) hours after the hotel
check-in time of the day of arrival. A limited number of rooms may
be available at these rates and additional restrictions and
blackout dates may apply, this program can not be combined with any
additional discount or promotion. No credits/refund will be granted
irrespective of whether or not the full package/stay is consumed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Credit card information is required at time of booking online as
form of guarantee. No charges to the credit card provided will be
made for cancellations made 48 hours prior to date of arrival.
Cancellations made 48 hours or less prior to arrival, the hotel
reserves the right to charge the correspondent to 1 (one) night of
the booking or package reserved to the credit card supplied. Guests
that are no shows, the total stay or package will be charged to the
credit card supplied.
